Watford Will Remember is a tribute to the many servicemen from the town who fought and died during the First World War.
There is information of events and remembrance services that will be taking place this year as well as details of memorials across the town including the commemorative plaque in the High Street for George Pearkes who received a Victoria Cross for his bravery.

Watford Museum is a great source of information and photographs on WWI. They are open from Thursday to Saturday each week, from 10am to 5pm.
